ED RAHMING
Managing Director
Edmund Rahming is the Founder and Director of Intelisys, a boutique restructuring, insolvency, debt recovery and forensic accounting services firm. Mr. Rahming obtained most of his work experience in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. He has over 20 years of experience in providing financial accounting services and auditing services to SEC registrants and other clients, insolvency services, and a comprehensive mix of forensic accounting services including business intelligence services, fraud investigations, global asset recovery, and litigation support to clients involved in commercial disputes. He has gained this experience working in the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, the U.K., and the U.S.A. Edmund is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Jeronamo L. Romer
Manager, Debt Recovery & Collections Services
Jeronamo L. Romer is an experienced banker having spent more than 10 years in various roles within the local commercial banking industry. Jeronamo leads a team of professionals whose integrated approach provides clear insight and best industry knowledge to our clients. In addition, he manages debt collections services and related portfolio assignments, fieldwork and client relationships. Jeronamo is credited for his contributions toward the implementation and use of the latest debt collections technology, mass automated communications and management of large volume portfolios at Intelisys. Jeronamo is a graduate of Jackson State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
Devincia Rahming
Manager, HR & Operations
Devincia Rahming is responsible for day-to-day management of operations and financial administration. She also has oversight for staff on-boarding, training and relationship management. Devincia works closely with the team to ensure we maintain a high performance culture by streamlining and simplifying work processes through innovation and creativity. Over the past year, she has worked closely with our strategic planning team in coordinating the administrative review process. Prior to joining Intelisys, Devincia rose thru the ranks in the Financial Services Industry having served for more than 15 years in various management and lead operational roles. Devincia studied Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at the College of the Bahamas.
Ursula Seymour
Assistant Manager, Debt Recovery & Collections Services
Ursula joined Intelisys in 2023. Prior to joining Intelisys, she worked in the Debt Recovery and Collections field for over 15 years. In her current position of Assistant Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Debt Recovery & Collections department where she leads the team in achieving service goals set by the firm and by the firm’s clients. Ursula is dedicated and driven and always strives to meet client expectations and is an active member of her church. Outside of church, she loves spending time with her children and prides herself on being both a soccer and softball mom, in addition to working on her self-made farm.
Keithra Lightbourn
Senior Analyst
Keithra joined Intelisys in 2016 and began her career in the marketing and office management fields in 2010. She has taken on several positions while at Intelisys including Executive Assistant and Office Manager. In her current position as Senior Analyst, Keithra overseas all client matters in the Northern Bahamas and assists and leads other client and firm practice matters when necessary. Keithra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of the Bahamas in 2009. She is also a Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi). She is smart and dedicated. Her commitment to fostering positive engagement with clients and employees makes her a valued member of the team. Keithra is active in the community and currently serves as Archivist and Board Member for Study Hall Academy, she is the Executive Advisor for a Junior Achievement company and is a Professional Member of the BSHRM. She is married and loves spending time with her husband and children.
